Somatic Experiencing®
Come Home to Your Body (Exploration Sessions)*
Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a body-oriented approach to healing trauma and chronic stress, developed by Dr. Peter Levine. Rather than focusing primarily on the story or mental content, SE works with the nervous system directly, helping the body complete the physiological responses that were interrupted during overwhelming experiences. The approach is grounded in the observation that animals in the wild rarely develop trauma symptoms despite facing constant threats, because they naturally discharge survival energy through movement and shaking. SE gently guides people to notice bodily sensations, track subtle shifts in the nervous system, and titrate the release of stored tension at a pace the body can tolerate. Over time, this can help restore a sense of safety, regulation, and resilience.
Embodied Dream Analysis
Discover the Wisdom of Your Dreams
An embodied, Jungian-inspired exploration of your dreams to uncover deeper layers of meaning, intuition, and personal guidance — supported by somatic practices that create balance and resilience within yourself and physically re-experience your dreams in your body. Together, we re-enter the emotional and sensory landscape of your dreams, explore their symbols and archetypal patterns, and how they relate to your current life context. We unveil the wisdom and insights they carry, supporting more clarity, orientation and meaningful change in alignment with your deeper direction in life.
Somatic Rebalancing
Curative Movement for Pain Relief & Prevention
Personalized sessions designed to meet your body's needs and slowly retrain your nervous system to release chronic muscle tension and relieve pain. Through slow, conscious "pandiculation" movements, we re-educate the brain-muscle connection, allowing for lasting improvements in posture and ease of movement. Designed to be a self-care practice, we empower you to reverse habitual tension patterns caused by stress, injuries and daily habits.
Breath- & Sound Therapy
Nervous System Recharge & Resilience
A guided blend of functional, intentional breathwork and therapeutic, resonant sound to release stress, unwind stored tension, and bring your system back into harmony. The combined practice helps release suppressed emotions, clear mental blockages, and lower stress hormones, allowing you to feel lighter and more grounded. By focusing on breath and experiencing sound vibrations on a cellular level, we can unlock deep relaxation, process emotions, and achieve a state of inner harmony.

FAQ
-
No, you do not need any previous experience. All sessions are adapted to where you are currently, your level of comfort, and your individual needs. The work is designed to be accessible for beginners as well as supportive for those with prior experience.
-
You do not need to know in advance. In a free consultation, we can explore what is currently present in your life and what kind of support may be most beneficial. Some people come with a clear preference, while others discover the right path through conversation.
-
Both are possible. Some people benefit from a single session focused on a specific issue, while others choose an ongoing process for deeper support and integration. We can discuss what feels most appropriate for your situation.
-
The first session usually begins with space to share what brings you here, your current challenges, and any intentions you may have. From there, the session unfolds at a pace that feels manageable and supportive, with a focus on creating safety, clarity, and connection.
-
No. My work is intended as complementary support and does not replace medical diagnosis, psychotherapy, or psychiatric care. If needed, I may recommend working alongside qualified healthcare professionals.
-
That is completely common. Beginning something new can bring uncertainty. A free consultation offers a gentle first step to ask questions, get a sense of the space, and feel whether working together is right for you.
-
That is not a problem. Dream recall can often be cultivated over time, and there are many other ways we can work together in the meantime. If dreamwork is relevant, we can also explore methods to support remembering.
-
Yes. What you share in sessions is treated with discretion and respect within the boundaries of applicable legal and professional responsibilities.
-
Yes, the work is approached in a trauma-informed and regulation-oriented way. This means pacing carefully, respecting boundaries, and prioritizing stability over pushing into material before the system is ready. That being said, I am still in training and not yet fully certified as a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner. Sessions are therefore not intended as trauma treatment, and I do not work directly with trauma-related conditions at this stage.
-
This work includes dialogue, but also engages the body, breath, movement, dreams, and nervous system regulation. It can therefore access layers of experience that are sometimes difficult to reach through conversation alone.
