The body has been designed to renew itself through continuous self-correction. These same principles also apply to the healing of psyche, spirit, and soul.

Hi, I’m Ari

I founded .resonant-flow. in 2024. It serves as an umbrella for the different ways I offer to support healing — in a holistic approach that respects the body’s inherent capacity, as well as its boundaries and needs. The inspiration to work in this way emerged from my own experiences over the past decade of growth, healing, and the unlearning of deeply rooted, unhelpful patterns of thought, behavior, and conditioning.

I am currently in advanced professional training as a naturopathic practitioner, nutritionist and Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner. This ongoing education informs a careful, ethically grounded approach to working with stress-related patterns, psychosomatic symptoms, and developmental or relational dynamics through a mainly therapeutic lense. Adding naturopathic healing remedies, herbal medicine, massage, somatic movement and nutritional consulting complements my work in a holistic way.

At present, I offer structured, depth-oriented embodied dream analysis, massage therapy, integrative breath and sound-based treatments, mindfulness and meditation, dietary consulting, as well as somatic movement informed by Clinical Somatics® for chronic pain relief and prevention. These modalities can be engaged individually as distinct forms of work, or combined within a broader, integrative process that weaves them together into a cohesive therapeutic approach. The work focuses on nervous system regulation, trauma-informed facilitation, and the integration of unconscious material into conscious awareness. Drawing from Jungian analytical psychology and contemporary somatic frameworks, sessions are designed to support psychological insight, emotional processing, and embodied resilience.

This ongoing education informs a careful, ethically grounded approach to working with stress-related patterns, psychosomatic symptoms, and developmental or relational dynamics through a mainly therapeutic lense. Combined with naturopathic healing remedies, herbal medicine, massage, somatic movement, breath & sound therapy and nutritional consulting I want to create a holistic form of “therapy” that harnesses your bodies potential for self-healing.
